3 Colours Rule was founded on the idea that everyone should be given opportunities to excel, regardless of age, gender and ethnicity. This is why we’re proud to offer placement opportunities for marketing and design university students looking to do 6 months to a year in the industry. Throughout your placement, you’ll get the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting clients including some of the biggest names in the world.

Account manager

Location: London/Hybrid

Employment: Full time

If you can translate client objectives into actionable, clear, and inspiring briefs, you just might be the suit we need for our team.

We are looking for an account manager looking to truly enrich their client servicing experience. Someone who is willing to be groomed towards being an account director. This role must be filled with someone who is stoked for growing businesses. Someone with a strong appreciation of relationship building and networking across our clients and partners to enable the team to perform smoothly and deliver effective work. A realist. Someone who can manage deadlines, budgets, and expectations, while still being able to strive for the best. We need someone who can read between the lines, tread the grey areas, to deliver above and beyond just client requirements.

This role will be a key contributor to constantly level up the agency’s partnerships and business growth. It’s a full-time position.

CLIENT SERVICING

Managing multiple client-agency relationships, liaising with clients for meetings, events, and overall communication, ensuring each of their objectives are met by the agency on time, and on budget.

BRAND STEWARD

Brands portfolio management, can collate brand information and research (contact reports, competitive analyses, brand positioning, target market summaries, consumer profiles/journeys, brand reviews, KPI reporting, etc.).

CREATIVE ALLY

Can translate client briefs to clear and inspiring job requests for the team to work on, can bridge production processes with agency and external suppliers.

You aren’t expected to be a master of all of these. Experience or know-how in project management will be a big advantage.

More importantly, we value business savvy thinking, initiative, great organisation, clear communication skills, collaborative spirit, and strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.

Knowledge on office software, apps, and technology is essential (MS Office, Keynote, Canva etc.).

Graphic designer

Location: London/Hybrid

Employment: Full time

It begins with your visual instinct.

If you can visualise and develop designs that cut through briefs with a sense of cunning, clever, and cheeky, you just might be the creative we need for our team.

We are looking for a graphic designer in the hard growth phase of their career. Someone who is willing to be groomed towards being an art director. This new member of our creative team must be proactive with a ‘get the job done’ attitude. Someone with keen senses for cracking briefs and communication skills that enable and encourage creativity and collaborations. Someone who can see challenges as true creative opportunities. We need someone with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and commitment to deliver above and beyond just client requirements.

This role will be a key contributor to constantly level up the agency’s aesthetic and creative valuation. It’s a full-time position.

BRAND DESIGN:

Brand identity development, brand design applications (marketing collaterals, logos, template/format designs, social media assets design etc.).

CAMPAIGN DESIGN:

Ad campaign design, social media content (layouts, visual storytelling, short-form video creation/editing, etc.).

EXPERIENCE DESIGN:

UI/UX (website, blog, app design), creative activation/event design, concept visualisation, key visual development, storyboarding.

You aren’t expected to know all of these, but a genuine interest to learn and pursue multiple design disciplines is a big bonus.

More importantly, we value true creative thinking, insight understanding, conceptual ideas, clear communication skills, collaborative spirit, and strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability.

Knowledge on design software, apps, and technology is essential (Adobe software, Canva, MS Office, Keynote, etc.).
